You are rapidly approaching the “BIG” day and have secured your wedding vendors.  You do believe everything is falling into place but you still have some butterflies in your stomach.  If questions such as:

• The coordination and organization of the wedding rehearsal and ceremony
• A one hour final walk-through for the “BIG” day
• Up to 4 hours of pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony coordination
• 1 hour consultation meeting
• Distribution of final payments to wedding vendors
• Guest Direction to Ceremony and Reception

“The Traditional” Wedding Coordinating Package
(Package only $2,500.00)

• Includes all “Day Of” services adding 2 additional hours of pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony coordination.
• A Detailed Budget Preparation Plan:  Assisting you by structuring a wedding that meets your pocket book allowance. We know all the ins and outs of wedding vendor prices.  We will help you negotiate and secure “quality” local vendors for a “very” good price.
• Provide you with our companies prized vendor list and help you secure each wedding vendor.  Each vendor we recommend meets the highest qualification of professionalism and reliability.
• Provide you with true wedding organization.  Each secured client will receive a folder of all copied wedding contracts.  Each client also receives a simple yet very practical payment form that includes all wedding vendors’ payment schedules.
• A personalized “Wedding Day Itinerary” provided to all wedding party members and service providers
• Wedding party rental and return service.  Assuring you that all bridesmaids and groomsmen have their outfits and shoes returned on time without any inconvenience. (This does not exclude Groom, Best-Man, or Maid of Honor).
• Securing all bridal gifts in a safe location
• Helping with the selection and ordering of invitations and accessories
• Helping find and secure a wedding location based on the client’s finances, desires, needs, and theme.  (Does not exclude finding churches to be married in).
